Welcome to the Multicultural Classroom (MC) Gold Membership! 

By purchasing or subscribing to the MC Gold Membership, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase. 

1. Membership Overview 

The MC Gold Membership is a paid membership program offered by Multicultural Classroom Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our”) designed to provide members with access to exclusive resources, professional development materials, live sessions, discounts, and other benefits as described on our website at the time of purchase. 

2. Agreement to Terms 

By clicking “Purchase,” “Subscribe,” or any similar button, you: 

• Acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 
• Agree that your membership is subject to these terms, along with our [Privacy Policy] and [Website Terms of Use]. 

If you do not agree, please do not proceed with your purchase. 

3. Membership Benefits 

As an MC Gold Member, you will receive: 

• Access to exclusive downloadable resources and tools. 
• Invitations to member-only webinars, workshops, and events. 
• Discounts on selected Multicultural Classroom courses, products, and services. ● Access to a private member portal (when applicable).
• Other benefits as described at the time of purchase. 

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove benefits at any time, with notice to members. 

4. Membership Term and Renewal 

Depending on your chosen plan: 

•  Monthly Membership: Renews automatically every month on your billing date. ● Annual Membership: Renews automatically each year on your billing date. 

Your membership will continue unless canceled in accordance with Section 6. 

5. Payment and Billing 

• Membership fees are stated at checkout and are non-refundable except as stated in Section 7. 
• You authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method automatically on each renewal date. 
• It is your responsibility to ensure your payment information remains current. 

If a payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your membership until payment is received. 

6. Cancellation Policy 

You may cancel your membership at any time by: 

• Logging into your account, or 
• Contacting us at [email protected] 

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. 

No refunds or partial credits will be issued for the remainder of the cycle.

7. Refund Policy 

Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of membership content, all sales are final. 

Refunds are only issued in cases of duplicate payments or technical errors on our part. 

8. Account Access and Use 

• Memberships are individual and non-transferable. 
• You agree not to share login credentials or distribute member-only content. ● Violations may result in immediate termination of membership without refund. 

9. Intellectual Property 

All content provided through the MC Gold Membership—including but not limited to videos, guides, PDFs, templates, recordings, and presentations—is the property of Multicultural Classroom Inc. and protected by copyright law. 

You may use materials for your personal and professional educational use only. 

You may not copy, resell, share, or distribute materials to others without written consent. 

10. Modifications 

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately for new members and at the next renewal for current members. 

11. Limitation of Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Multicultural Classroom, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your membership or use of member content. 

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
