Multicultural Classroom® Inc. (“Multicultural Classroom,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website located at www.multiculturalclassroom.com and any related pages, subdomains, content, products, services, and features (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

8. Purchases, Digital Products & Memberships
Purchases made through the Site (including MC Gold Membership) are subject to the specific terms presented at checkout and our membership Terms & Conditions. Unless stated otherwise in writing:
- All sales are final and non-refundable due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of the content.
- Access is individual, non-transferable, and for the purchaser’s personal or professional educational use only.
- Subscription plans auto-renew until canceled as described at checkout and in the membership Terms & Conditions.
- We may update, modify, or discontinue content, events, and features.

16. Governing Law; Venue; Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida for any claim not subject to arbitration.
Dispute Resolution by Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, in Tampa, Florida. Each party shall bear its own legal fees and costs, unless the arbitrator determines otherwise. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. By agreeing to arbitration, you waive the right to a jury trial.
17. International Use
We operate from the United States and make no representation that the Site or its content is appropriate or available for use in other locations. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for complying with local laws and regulations.
